Thank you for participating in this "The International Conference on Interaction of Psychology and Technology During COVID-19 & The National Academic symposium on Guidance and Counseling for Master and Doctoral Students". Due to the severe epidemic situation in Taiwan, this seminar was changed to be handled online. The following will explain how to participate in the online seminar.
First of all, the two keynote speeches held in the morning and the oral presentation in the afternoon of this seminar are all conducted using Microsoft Teams software. Please install the Microsoft Teams software on your computer or mobile device first. Then when the meeting starts, click on the link of the session in the agenda and choose to open it with Microsoft Teams. It is recommended that when you join a meeting, you can turn off the microphone on your computer or mobile device to avoid making noises and disturbing the meeting. The oral presentation part will be recorded and recorded for internal reference only. In order to help participants familiarize with the operation of Microsoft Teams, it is planned to conduct a rehearsal from 12:00 to 13:30 on June 17, 2021. The presenter can click on the meeting link of the session in the agenda to enter the rehearsal. On the day of the meeting, if you have any questions about the operation of Teams, you can contact the following three students, Su, Yuru (0906277182), Chen, Baishen (0963922081), and Zhong, Ruigang (0921806285).
The paper poster is published in the Facebook private community method. Please apply for a Facebook account in advance, search for 「2021 跨疫情時代的心理與科技交流國際研討會」 on Facebook, apply to join, and enter your name for quick review by the administrator. It is recommended that you apply immediately when you receive this notice, so as not to delay the review process and affect the publication of your paper poster or the rights to participate in the discussion. The deadline for uploading the paper poster is from now until 10:00 on June 18, 2021. If it is not uploaded before the specified time, no publication certificate will be issued.
Finally, remind you that this conference is a paid participation conference. Please do not send the Microsoft Teams link of each session to those who have not registered or completed the payment. The staff of this conference will check whether the participants have completed the registration procedures at any time. If people who have not completed the registration procedures are found in the online session, they will be removed from the online conference and blocked.
